Their customer service also deserves recognition. I had several questions throughout the process, all of which were answered promptly. They even helped resolve a coupon code issue after my order was placed, which I greatly appreciated. Once my orders were submitted, I received confirmation emails and tracking information right away, making it easy to monitor the status of each shipment. My orders were fulfilled from U.S.-based warehouses, so I cannot comment on international sourcing or delivery. If I were to offer any constructive feedback, it would be to continue working with vendors to obtain and publish more COAs and batch-specific testing information or obtain these on behalf of Peptuvia. I ordered NAD100 from China. Support emailed me a few minutes after my order and said that they would send me NAD500 from a US warehouse at no additional cost if I wanted it because it didn't make sense to pay more for shipping than for the product and NAD100 was sold out in the US. Will be ordering from them again.
