Free peptide tracker that checks your vial against lab tests.

Peptigrity's peptide tracker is a free online log for a peptide protocol — GLP-1s like retatrutide, tirzepatide and semaglutide, healing peptides like BPC-157, or anything else you take. Once a week you record the dose you actually took, any change or missed dose, side effects and, if you like, weight or waist. Add the shop and the lot number on your vial: if a lab has tested that lot, its result sits next to your dose. It works in any browser, has no paid tier and stays private until you publish it.

Peptigrity peptide tracker on a phone: this week not logged yet, and progress so far — down 4.4 kg in 12 weeks
A log on a phone: this week's status and progress so far (sample).

How does the peptide tracker work?

You start a log in three quick steps, write one short entry a week, and see your progress — and your vial's lab result — in one place. The weekly entry takes ten seconds in a quiet week.

  1. Start a log

Three quick questions: what you're taking, how you take it — in mg, mcg or units on the syringe — and, if you like, the shop and lot number on your vial.

  2. Write one entry a week

“Dosed as planned, nothing to report” is one tap. Changed the dose or missed one? Say so in that week's entry. Forgot a week? Back-date it and it files into the right week.

  3. See what you've got

A summary appears after three entries, and a calendar shows every week at a glance. If your lot has a certificate on file, the lab's result sits next to your dose. Publish when you want others to read it — or never.

What can you track with it?

Everything below is free — no trial, no locked features, no limit on logs or compounds. It works with any of the 118 compounds on Peptigrity — the most tested are Retatrutide, Tirzepatide, BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, Tesamorelin, Semaglutide and Ipamorelin — or one you type yourself.

Set up a log

  • Any of 118 compounds, or one you type yourself
  • Several compounds in one log, for a stack
  • Dose in mg, mcg or units on the syringe — with the mg shown when you add how your vial was mixed
  • How often and how you take it, picked from buttons
  • A goal: recovery, injury & healing, fat loss, muscle, longevity, cognitive, performance or other
  • Start date and an optional end date
  • The shop and the lot number on your vial

Every week

  • A starting-point entry before your first dose
  • One tap for a quiet week: “Dosed as planned, nothing to report”
  • As planned, changed it or didn't dose — with the dose you actually took
  • Side effects: nausea, injection site, fatigue, GI / digestion, headache, appetite change, sleep disruption, mood change, something else — or none this week
  • Weight, waist and energy (1–5), all optional
  • Notes in your own words: sleep, training, bloodwork
  • A flag for “something changed in my protocol”
  • Back-date any week you missed

See your progress

  • “This week” at the top: logged or not, in one line
  • How far you've come in one sentence, with an optional goal weight
  • A summary after three entries: first value, latest, and the difference
  • Weight entry by entry, and how often each side effect came up — nothing estimated
  • A calendar with every week colour-coded
  • A streak that counts quiet weeks the same as long ones

Your vial

  • Your lot checked against the 11,058 certificates on file that carry a lot number
  • When it matches: purity, the amount measured against the label, the lab and the test date
  • A notification when a new test on your shop or lot comes in

Private or public

  • Private by default — publish when you want, make it private again any time
  • Published logs can be followed, commented on and marked useful, and show on the compound's page
  • A weekly reminder to log, on the day you pick — as a calendar event, never a dose instruction

Your data

  • Download every entry as a CSV
  • Print the log or save it as a PDF for your doctor
  • Same log on your phone and your computer — nothing to install or sync
  • No ads, no subscription, no paid tier

How does the vial lab check work?

Type the shop and the lot number from your vial's label. If an independent lab has tested that lot, the tracker shows what it measured — purity, the amount against the label, the lab and the date — right next to your dose.

  1. Find the lot number on the edge of the vial label, the box or the cap sticker.
  2. We match it against the 11,058 certificates on file that carry a lot number — same compound, same shop, same lot.
  3. You see the result on your log, or a plain “no certificate on file yet” — and a notification if one is added later.

A certificate is about the batch: the lab tested one vial from it. It can't tell you how yours was stored or shipped.

How is it different from peptide tracker apps?

It's free with no paid tier, runs in any browser, and checks your vial against lab tests — which no tracker app does. Phone apps do some things this doesn't, mostly the alarms and maths around each injection. Here's the honest list, checked against the 12 apps the US App Store showed for “peptide tracker” on 14 Oct 2026.

Your vial, checked

Enter the lot from the label. If one of the 11,058 certificates on file carries it, you see what the lab measured. If a new test on your lot or shop comes in later, it shows up on your log.

Dose changes stay honest

Every week records the dose you actually took, so a titration reads in order and nothing is rewritten later.

Free, and staying free

No subscription, no paid tier, no ads, no vendor money. Peptigrity doesn't sell peptides.

No AI, no app

It runs in your browser on any phone or computer. Nothing to install, and nothing guessing at your protocol.

Peptide tracker questions

Is the peptide tracker free?

Yes. There's no subscription, no paid tier and no ads. You need a free Peptigrity account so your log is saved; it doesn't ask for your name.

Do I need to download an app?

No. It works in the browser on any phone or computer. On a phone, “Add to Home Screen” puts it next to your apps.

How is this different from a peptide tracker app?

Apps live on your phone and remind you to dose. This lives in your browser, is free with no paid tier, and checks your vial's lot against lab tests on file. It doesn't do dose alarms, injection-site rotation or blood-level estimates.

Who can see my log?

Only you, until you publish it. A published log shows on Protocol logs and on the compound's pages; you can make it private again at any time.

Can it track dose changes and missed doses?

Yes. Every weekly entry says whether you dosed as planned, changed the dose or didn't dose, and records the dose you actually took. Forgot a week? Back-date the entry and it files into the right week.

Can I track something that isn't on the list?

Yes, type its name. It stays on your log only: it isn't matched to lab tests or shown on compound pages.

Can it remind me?

Yes — once a week, on the day and time you pick: add a weekly event to your calendar that reminds you to log that week. It never tells you when or how much to take.

Can I export my log?

Yes. Download every entry as a CSV, or print the log or save it as a PDF to show your doctor.

Is this medical advice?

No. The tracker records what you enter. It doesn't suggest doses or protocols, and Peptigrity doesn't sell peptides.

The tracker is a record-keeping tool. It records what you enter and doesn't recommend any dose or protocol. Peptigrity is an independent review platform and doesn't sell, supply or recommend any compound or vendor.
