The second vial is not a rounding of the first: it holds roughly a quarter of the mass in a different ratio, so a draw calculated from this page would deliver far less of every component. Read your own vial's label first, then enter its numbers in the calculator above.
This is what separates a blend from four vials. You choose a draw volume; all four components arrive in that volume at their own concentrations. Targeting one sets the other three, whether or not those amounts are what you wanted — and with four components the chance that all four land where you would have put them is small.

Arithmetic, shown: each concentration is that component's mass ÷ diluent volume, and a U-100 unit is 0.01 mL. Because GHK-Cu is five times the mass of each other component, it is five times the amount in every draw — reaching 2.5 mg of KPV means drawing the full barrel and taking 12.5 mg of GHK-Cu with it. A fixed ratio is a ceiling as much as a convenience.
The diluent volume sets all four concentrations at once, so choose it for the component you intend to dose by. 4 mL into an 80 mg vial puts GHK-Cu at 12.5 mg/mL, where a 2 mg amount is a readable 16 units. Blends are excluded from the Purity Index, which measures single compounds. A blend certificate reports a whole-vial purity figure plus per-component net content — a different measurement, shown on the KLOW compound guide instead.
There is no price per milligram either. An 80 mg vial and a 22 mg vial both labelled KLOW are different products, so dividing price by total mass compares things that are not comparable — a blend price is only meaningful beside the milligrams of each component it contains. There is no KLOW price page yet: prices for a blend have to be grouped by composition before they mean anything, and that grouping is not published for KLOW.
