This is the constraint that makes a blend different from three vials, and it is not a footnote. You choose a draw volume; every component in the vial arrives in that volume at its own concentration. Targeting one component sets the other two, whether or not those amounts are what you wanted.

Arithmetic, shown: each component's concentration is its mass ÷ diluent volume, and a U-100 unit is 0.01 mL. Targeting 2,000 mcg of TB-500 in a 50 / 10 / 10 vial means drawing the full 100 units of a U-100 barrel and taking 10 mg of GHK-Cu with it — twenty times the TB-500 amount in mass — and it empties the vial in one draw. That is the practical ceiling a fixed ratio imposes.
The diluent volume sets every component's concentration at once, so pick it for the component you intend to dose by. 5 mL into a 70 mg vial puts BPC-157 and TB-500 at 2 mg/mL, where a 500 mcg amount is a readable 25 units. Blends are excluded from the Purity Index, which measures single compounds. A blend certificate reports a whole-vial purity figure plus per-component net content — a different measurement, shown on the GLOW compound guide instead.
There is no price per milligram either, and that is deliberate. Two vials both labelled GLOW can hold very different amounts of each component, so dividing price by total mass compares products that are not comparable — a 50 / 10 / 10 vial and a 10 / 5 / 2 vial are different products.
