What to track, and why

Most abandoned logs die the same way: too much detail in week one, nothing by week four. The columns here are the smallest set that still produces something readable months later — each one earns its place.

Date

An entry without a date is an anecdote. Dates are what let you line a side effect up against a dose change three weeks earlier.

Dose

Write what you actually took, not what you planned to take. The gap between the two is the most useful thing in most logs.

Site

Rotation is the whole reason this column exists. Site reactions cluster, and a cluster is obvious on paper and invisible in memory.

Weight

One number, same scale, same time of day. Consistency matters far more than precision here.

Waist

Weight alone hides recomposition. A tape measure catches what the scale misses, and costs nothing.

Side effects

Record them with a date attached, including the ones that resolved. An effect that faded by week three is information, not noise.

Notes

Sleep, appetite, training, illness, travel, a new batch. Context is what makes a log readable a year later — including to you.

The header block ties into the vial maths rather than repeating it: work out concentration and units on the reconstitution calculator, then write the result once at the top of the sheet. There is also a lot / batch field — record it. Where a shop's certificate carries the same lot, it is what connects your vial to published lab results later. Not every vial's lot has a certificate behind it, but you cannot check after the fact if you never wrote it down.
