Two rough days after pinning. Nausea was definitely there this time and I barely ate Saturday. Sunday was fine again.

Appetite's down, properly. Ate twice this week because it was dinner time and not because I wanted to, which has never happened to me before. Bit of nausea the day after pinning, nothing that stopped me doing anything.

Baseline. 95.4kg, waist 99cm. Panel done last Tuesday, all in range except cholesterol which has been high for years so nothing new there. Judging this on weight, waist, and whether the panel gets worse. Writing that down now so I can't move it later.
