Lab test results, posted and checked

Post a lab result you paid for or found: Janoshik, ILS or any other lab. Include the lab, the task or report number, the shop, the compound and the batch or lot number if the vial had one. We check posted results against the lab's own records where the lab offers a lookup, and verified results are added to the shop's record in the lab test index. A result we cannot verify is not added to the index. Crop out order numbers and anything else that identifies you.
