Pilot: 1 funded lab test — claim the slot | Community Discussions

We're funding one independent lab test, and while the community is small there's no draw — first person to claim it, gets it. Full mechanics: /community-testing.

To claim: post one substantive contribution anywhere in Discussions, then reply here with:

Attestation: I have no financial relationship with any listed vendor.

We confirm in-thread. You order retail with your own funds, photograph everything sealed, ship one vial to an approved lab (currently Janoshik), and run a public log. On publication of the verified result: we reimburse product + shipping both ways + the test up to $400 total, plus a $75 bounty for the completed log — paid whatever the result says. It publishes good or bad.

One slot. Order proof within 10 days of confirmation or it reopens.

I just signed up yesterday and wanted to have my shop listed on here, but I can't seem to figure that out on my own.

The lab test is for regular users rather than shops though. Someone buys a product themselves as an ordinary customer, and we cover the cost of the testing. That only works if the person ordering has no connection to the shop - otherwise there's nothing independent about it.

Shop's welcome in the directory regardless, and if you've got third-party results from a named lab you can upload those to your page once it's live.

Single vial, single compound for this round - so one product, not a stack. That's mostly a cost thing, we're funding one test.

On what qualifies: it needs to be a compound we actually cover, since the point is the result gets published against a compound page on the site. That's peptides plus the adjacent research compounds we list - NAD sits in there too, for instance. SARMs and nootropics are outside what we cover at the moment, so a result would have nowhere to go.

If you've got something specific in mind, name it and I'll tell you straight away whether it works.

Couple of things before this can count.

Shop and compound fields are blank - need both filled in for a claim to be valid.

Reta's out for this round. First round is non-GLP-1, mentioned in the original post.

And the bigger one - your username reads like a shop. If you're connected to a vendor in any way the attestation doesn't hold, and the whole point of this is that the person ordering has no relationship with the seller. Otherwise it's a shop-selected sample with extra steps.

So: are you a shop, or is that just the handle? Straight answer either way, no issue if it's the latter.

Also worth flagging the entry requirement - one substantive contribution in Discussions before claiming. Nothing from this account yet.

hey - good on including the attestation up front. two things block this entry though:

tirzepatide is a GLP-1 (dual agonist, but it counts) and this round is non-GLP-1 only. pick anything else you actually want data on - BPC, GHK-Cu, TB-500, NAD, whatever.

and the slot needs one substantive contribution somewhere in Discussions before claiming - your account is 2 hours old. doesn't have to be an essay, a real question or observation is enough.

also flagging cause your wording is ambiguous: the tested vial has to come from a fresh retail order placed AFTER your claim is confirmed. photographed sealed, order proof within 10 days, shipped to janoshik, public log, reimbursed up to $400 + $75 log bounty, paid whatever the result shows. a vial you already have doesn't work - the whole point is documented chain of custody. being a past customer is fine btw, that's not a vendor relationship.

last thing - the result needs a page here to anchor to. if JEC isn't indexed on the site yet, say so in-thread and we'll sort that question before anyone spends money.

slot's still open. fix the compound and one real post first, and it could be yours. :)
