Recent X chatter on ILS Labs – vendors reporting delays, ghosting, lost samples, and inconsistent results. Anyone else seeing this?

so i been seeing a bunch of complaints about ils labs popping up on x the last couple weeks (as of like 21 aug 2026). bunch of peptide shops and researchers saying the lab got real unreliable after all the peptide boom hit. figured id sum it up here so we can check against any real tests or shop experiences on peptigrity.main thread that started it all (around 20-21 aug):

@Krysia830073

(k-hole) posted about this customer who sent a 5 mg dsip vial and only asked for endotoxin testing. sample got there july 21.

report finally came out august 20 (almost a whole month later).

but ils sent back a full panel instead: identity by hplc, 5.12 mg content, 97.19% purity, fentanyl immunoassay, plus the endotoxin, and marked it green “pass.”

no pic of the actual vial on the coa.

same batch (pgb-ds5-4) was tested by janoshik before and came in around 6.77 mg average / 99.46% purity. ils numbers way lower.

people guessing maybe they didnt even test the real sample or just got so disorganized they ran the full panel by accident. full details n screenshots in the original post.

@PepProtocols

jumped on it same day and said: “several us vendors told us direct they are done with them.”

they already dropped the coa grading for any vendor still using ils.

“if your vendor truly cares about their clientele then they will switch to a new testing lab.”

direct stuff from shops: @5starlabs

(california research supplier) mid-august was like “ils labs has been absolutely terrible to deal with. they do not respond to emails, x messages, or phone calls… i cannot recommend ils labs to anyone and will not be using them again.” then joked about waiting on proof of life. couple days later they did a partial walk-back when results finally showed up (“ghosted → goated”) but the earlier complaints still sit there.

@RegenRandy

in the replies: “these guys completely lost control. we just got a test back; completely missing net content. they charged us for a full panel… and lost the samples… they wont pick up the phone. wont respond to emails. going to be a giant credit card dispute…”

@OnThePenPeptide

: “ils is a total mess but sadly they have by far the best user interface… too bad we can no longer use them until they get it together.”

overall pattern people talking about: crazy long delays (month+ now normal), ghosting everywhere, missing reports, samples getting lost. feels like the volume just overwhelmed them and things fell apart.peptigrity already got the ils laboratories page with 400+ tests listed. anyone here got recent first-hand stuff (delays, missing data, or actually solid turnaround) that matches or goes against the x talk? also watching if any shops publicly switch labs as a sign they care.all credit goes to the original posters on x:
