Composition

A blend has one whole-vial purity, but the number that decides what you're holding is the net content of each component — an HPLC run resolves a separate peak for each. So we verify HGH Fragment 176-191 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin component by component. Each links to its own compound page, where its full independent testing lives.

Composition varies by vendor. The components above are consistent across shops, but the milligrams and ratio are not — always dose by the individual component amounts printed on your vial, never by a generic “blend dose.”

The hard part

How you verify a blend

A blend is the single hardest product to trust — the whole-vial purity tells you the material is clean, but not whether every peptide is present in the right amount. Two questions decide that, and both are answerable in a lab.

01 · IDENTITY

Is every component actually present?

Mass spec (or a clean HPLC peak per compound) confirms each peptide is in the vial — not one short, not a cheaper substitute standing in for the expensive one.

02 · QUANTITY

Does each match the label?

Tested milligrams vs. labelled milligrams, per component. This is where blends fail quietly — one component underdosed to pad margin while the vial still “contains” everything.

About HGH Fragment 176-191 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Last Updated: August 2026

Last Updated: August 2026

This stack combines two different kinds of compound: the HGH Fragment 176-191 (a lipolytic fragment of growth hormone studied for fat metabolism) with a GH secretagogue baseCJC-1295 (without DAC) plus the selective Ipamorelin. It is research-use-only, not an approved product, and WADA-prohibited. None of the three has a lawful pharmacy-compounding pathway. The FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended against adding CJC-1295 to the 503A bulk-substances list ("do not include") in December 2024 and, at that same December 4, 2024 meeting, voted against AOD-9604; neither the native HGH Fragment 176–191 nor AOD-9604 is on the 503A list. Ipamorelin acetate is on the FDA's active Category 2 bulk-substances list under the 503B outsourcing-facility route, not Category 1. In sport, all three are prohibited at all times by the World Anti-Doping Agency: the growth-hormone fragment (and AOD-9604) under Section S2.2.3 (GH fragments), and CJC-1295 and ipamorelin under Section S2.2.4 (growth-hormone-releasing factors and secretagogues). The combination is not an approved product and is research-use-only

Why combine a GH fragment with a secretagogue pair?

The logic is to pair two distinct angles: HGH Fragment 176-191 is studied specifically for its lipolytic (fat-breakdown) effect and — importantly — is not a secretagogue and doesn't meaningfully raise GH or IGF-1, while CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin provide the GHRH+GHRP synergy that stimulates the body's own GH pulse; combined, the stack aims to pair a targeted fat-loss fragment with GH stimulation. No controlled clinical trial of this three-peptide combination has been published as of August 2026. The rationale — a lipolytic GH fragment alongside a GHRH analog and a ghrelin-mimetic secretagogue — is mechanistic, and the fragment component carries no human trial of its own, so the blend has no clinical-outcome evidence behind it. One caution on the fragment's evidence: HGH Fragment 176–191 itself has no published human clinical trial. The human record often attached to "fragment 176–191" actually belongs to its modified analog, AOD-9604 (Tyr-hGH177–191) — a separately catalogued compound that ran six placebo-controlled trials (about 893 participants) and was well tolerated, but was discontinued in 2007 after its 24-week Phase 2b obesity trial missed its primary weight-loss endpoint. The two are not interchangeable, and results or citations for AOD-9604 do not transfer to the native fragment. AOD-9604 hgh-fragment-176-191-science-fat-loss This is a mechanistic rationale, not a clinically-validated combined outcome.

What's the status, and how does Peptigrity verify?

The combination is not an approved product and is research-use-only; verify each labeled component's identity and purity via HPLC and mass-spec. Peptigrity collects independent third-party Certificates of Analysis for the HGH Fragment 176–191 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend from shops' official channels and verifies each for authenticity before publishing. Because shops choose which COAs to publish, results reflect the batches shops have made public rather than every production batch — a selection bias we state openly. A community-funded Testing Grant to purchase and test vials anonymously is in development. Tests come from independent labs such as Janoshik Analytical, Freedom Diagnostics, and Chromate; the trust score weights lab purity and reviews equally (50/50). See how to read lab results.

Questions

HGH Fragment 176-191 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, answered

Does HGH Fragment 176-191 raise growth hormone?+

No — it's a lipolytic fragment studied for fat metabolism, not a secretagogue, so it doesn't meaningfully raise GH/IGF-1. The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin base handles GH stimulation.

Why add a secretagogue base to the fragment?+

To pair the fragment's fat-loss angle with the GHRH+GHRP synergy that stimulates the body's own GH.

Is it legal or approved?+

No — research-market material is RUO and components are banned in sport (WADA). Verify local rules.

Does Peptigrity recommend a dose?+

No. Peptigrity is an independent review platform, not a medical authority.

For research and educational purposes only. Not medical advice. The peptides in this blend are investigational compounds not approved by the FDA for human use, and several are prohibited by WADA.
