CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 blend
3-peptide research blend in one vial: CJC-1295 without DAC + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2. A triple growth-hormone stack combining the GHRH analog CJC-1295 with two ghrelin-mimetics — the selective Ipamorelin and the potent GHRP-2.
Composition
A blend has one whole-vial purity, but the number that decides what you're holding is the net content of each component — an HPLC run resolves a separate peak for each. So we verify CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 component by component. Each links to its own compound page, where its full independent testing lives.
Typical CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 formulation
| Component | Typical mg | Role in the blend | Verified purity | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 without DAC | varies | GHRH analog — raises GH pulse amplitude | 99.5% · 296 tests | View testing → |
| Ipamorelin | varies | Most selective GHRP — minimal cortisol, prolactin or hunger | 99.7% · 436 tests | View testing → |
| GHRP-2 | varies | Ghrelin mimetic — pulse frequency + somatostatin suppression; potent | 99.2% · 38 tests | View testing → |
Composition varies by vendor. The components above are consistent across shops, but the milligrams and ratio are not — always dose by the individual component amounts printed on your vial, never by a generic “blend dose.”
How you verify a blend
A blend is the single hardest product to trust — the whole-vial purity tells you the material is clean, but not whether every peptide is present in the right amount. Two questions decide that, and both are answerable in a lab.
Is every component actually present?
Mass spec (or a clean HPLC peak per compound) confirms each peptide is in the vial — not one short, not a cheaper substitute standing in for the expensive one.
Does each match the label?
Tested milligrams vs. labelled milligrams, per component. This is where blends fail quietly — one component underdosed to pad margin while the vial still “contains” everything.

Last Updated: August 2026
Last Updated: August 2026
This triple stack layers CJC-1295 (without DAC) with two GHRPs — the selective Ipamorelin and the more potent GHRP-2. It is research-use-only, not an approved product, and WADA-prohibited. CJC-1295 has no lawful pharmacy-compounding pathway — the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended against adding it to the 503A bulk-substances list ("do not include") in December 2024, and it is not on the Category 1 list eligible for compounding. Both ipamorelin acetate and GHRP-2 sit on the FDA's active Category 2 bulk-substances list under the 503B outsourcing-facility route — not Category 1 — and neither was among the twelve peptides removed from Category 2 in April 2026. All three components are prohibited at all times in sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency under Section S2.2.4 of the Prohibited List (growth-hormone-releasing factors and secretagogues). The combination is not an approved product and is research-use-only
Why combine three GH secretagogues?
The GHRH base (CJC-1295) raises pulse amplitude, and adding two ghrelin-mimetics is intended to maximize the frequency/somatostatin-suppression side of the synergy — pairing Ipamorelin (selective, minimal cortisol/prolactin/hunger) with GHRP-2 (more potent, but can nudge cortisol/prolactin); the idea is a fuller GH stimulus, though stacking two GHRPs also compounds their receptor effects. This is a mechanistic rationale, not a clinically-validated combined outcome, and more components means more variables to control. No controlled clinical trial of this three-peptide combination has been published as of August 2026 — stacking a GHRH analog with two ghrelin-mimetic secretagogues (ipamorelin plus GHRP-2) is reasoned from how the components behave individually, not measured for the blend.
What's the status, and how does Peptigrity verify?
The combination is not an approved product and is research-use-only; verify each labeled component's identity and purity via HPLC and mass-spec. Peptigrity collects independent third-party Certificates of Analysis for the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2 blend from shops' official channels and verifies each for authenticity before publishing. Because shops choose which COAs to publish, results reflect the batches shops have made public rather than every production batch — a selection bias we state openly. A community-funded Testing Grant to purchase and test vials anonymously is in development. Tests come from independent labs such as Janoshik Analytical, Freedom Diagnostics, and Chromate; the trust score weights lab purity and reviews equally (50/50). See how to read lab results.

Reconstitute & measure a blend
In a blend you can only set the dose of one component — the rest follow the fixed ratio. Our calculator does that math so you don't underdose the peptide you actually care about.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + GHRP-2, answered
Why combine Ipamorelin and GHRP-2 together?+
They're both ghrelin-mimetics with different profiles — Ipamorelin selective/clean, GHRP-2 more potent — layered on a GHRH base for a fuller GH stimulus.
Is more peptides better?+
Not necessarily — more components add more variables and compounded receptor effects, and the triple stack isn't a clinically-validated product.
Is it legal or approved?+
No — research-market material is RUO and components are banned in sport (WADA). Verify local rules.
Does Peptigrity recommend a dose?+
No. Peptigrity is an independent review platform, not a medical authority.
