Sermorelin + GHRP-2 blend
2-peptide research blend in one vial: Sermorelin + GHRP-2. A GH secretagogue stack pairing the GHRH(1-29) analog Sermorelin with the potent ghrelin-mimetic GHRP-2 — a classic amplitude-plus-frequency combination.
Composition
A blend has one whole-vial purity, but the number that decides what you're holding is the net content of each component — an HPLC run resolves a separate peak for each. So we verify Sermorelin + GHRP-2 component by component. Each links to its own compound page, where its full independent testing lives.
Typical Sermorelin + GHRP-2 formulation
| Component | Typical mg | Role in the blend | Verified purity | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sermorelin | varies | GHRH(1-29) analog — raises GH pulse amplitude | 99.4% · 225 tests | View testing → |
| GHRP-2 | varies | Ghrelin mimetic — pulse frequency + somatostatin suppression; potent | 99.2% · 38 tests | View testing → |
Composition varies by vendor. The components above are consistent across shops, but the milligrams and ratio are not — always dose by the individual component amounts printed on your vial, never by a generic “blend dose.”
How you verify a blend
A blend is the single hardest product to trust — the whole-vial purity tells you the material is clean, but not whether every peptide is present in the right amount. Two questions decide that, and both are answerable in a lab.
Is every component actually present?
Mass spec (or a clean HPLC peak per compound) confirms each peptide is in the vial — not one short, not a cheaper substitute standing in for the expensive one.
Does each match the label?
Tested milligrams vs. labelled milligrams, per component. This is where blends fail quietly — one component underdosed to pad margin while the vial still “contains” everything.

Tests run on a Sermorelin + GHRP-2 vial as sold — broken down per component. This is the data no shop and no competitor publishes.

About Sermorelin + GHRP-2
Last Updated: August 2026
Last Updated: August 2026
This stack pairs Sermorelin — a GHRH(1-29) analog — with the ghrelin-mimetic GHRP-2. Sermorelin is the shorter-acting, "native-sequence" GHRH analog; GHRP-2 supplies the ghrelin-receptor side of the synergy. Neither component is an approved product, and the combination is research-use-only. Sermorelin was formerly FDA-approved as Geref in two forms — a diagnostic agent (NDA 019863, 1990) and a pediatric growth-hormone-deficiency treatment (NDA 020443, 1997) — both discontinued in 2008 for commercial reasons; the FDA determined in 2013 that Geref was not withdrawn for reasons of safety or effectiveness, and sermorelin is today available only through compounding. GHRP-2 was never approved for therapeutic use and remains in Category 2 of the FDA's bulk-drug-substances evaluation (the 503B outsourcing-facility route) — it was not among the twelve peptides removed from Category 2 in April 2026 and is not on the Category 1 list eligible for compounding, as of August 2026. In sport, both are prohibited at all times by the World Anti-Doping Agency under Section S2.2.4 (growth-hormone-releasing factors and secretagogues).
Why combine Sermorelin with GHRP-2?
Sermorelin (a GHRH analog) raises the amplitude of the GH pulse while GHRP-2 acts on the separate ghrelin receptor to raise pulse frequency and suppress somatostatin — together producing a larger, more synergistic GH release than either alone; GHRP-2 specifically offers potent GH stimulation with less appetite drive than GHRP-6, though it can slightly raise cortisol and prolactin. No controlled clinical trial of the Sermorelin + GHRP-2 blend has been published as of August 2026; the case for pairing a GHRH analog with a ghrelin mimetic rests on their complementary short-term effects on growth-hormone release — a mechanistic rationale, not a clinically-validated combined outcome.
What's the status, and how does Peptigrity verify?
The combination is not an approved product and is research-use-only; verify each labeled component's identity and purity via HPLC and mass-spec. Peptigrity collects independent third-party Certificates of Analysis for Sermorelin + GHRP-2 from shops' official channels and verifies each for authenticity before publishing. Because shops choose which COAs to publish, results reflect the batches shops have made public rather than every production batch — a selection bias we state openly. A community-funded Testing Grant to purchase and test vials anonymously is in development. Tests in the database come from independent labs such as Janoshik Analytical, Freedom Diagnostics, and Chromate. The shop trust score weights lab purity and reviews equally (50/50). See how to read lab results.

Reconstitute & measure a blend
In a blend you can only set the dose of one component — the rest follow the fixed ratio. Our calculator does that math so you don't underdose the peptide you actually care about.

Sermorelin + GHRP-2, answered
Why stack Sermorelin with GHRP-2?+
They act on two different receptors (GHRH and ghrelin), producing a larger, synergistic GH release than either alone.
How is Sermorelin different from CJC-1295?+
Both are GHRH analogs; Sermorelin is the shorter-acting native (1-29) sequence, while CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a modified GHRH analog. The combination logic with a GHRP is the same.
Is it legal or approved?+
As a combination it is not an approved product; research-market material is RUO, and GHRP-2 is banned in sport (WADA). Verify local rules.
Does Peptigrity recommend a dose?+
No. Peptigrity is an independent review platform, not a medical authority.
