CJC-1295 has no lawful pharmacy-compounding pathway — the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended against adding it to the 503A bulk-substances list ("do not include") in December 2024, and it is not on the Category 1 list eligible for compounding. Hexarelin is on neither the Category 1 nor the Category 2 bulk-substances list (which, among GH secretagogues, lists GHRP-2, GHRP-6, ibutamoren mesylate, and ipamorelin acetate) and is sold strictly research-use-only.
