This GH secretagogue stack pairs CJC-1295 (without DAC) with GHRP-6. It shares the GHRH+GHRP synergy of the other stacks, distinguished by GHRP-6's pronounced appetite stimulation. It is research-use-only, not an approved product, and WADA-prohibited. CJC-1295 has no lawful pharmacy-compounding pathway — the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended against adding it to the 503A bulk-substances list ("do not include") in December 2024, and it is not on the Category 1 list eligible for compounding. GHRP-6 sits on the FDA's active Category 2 bulk-substances list under the 503B outsourcing-facility route — substances flagged as potentially presenting significant safety risks — and was not among the twelve peptides removed from Category 2 in April 2026. In sport, both components are prohibited at all times by the World Anti-Doping Agency under Section S2.2.4 of the Prohibited List (growth-hormone-releasing factors and secretagogues). Why combine a GHRH analog with GHRP-6?

CJC-1295 raises GH pulse amplitude while GHRP-6 acts on the ghrelin receptor to raise pulse frequency and suppress somatostatin, for synergistic GH release — with GHRP-6 specifically producing strong hunger (via ghrelin signaling), which is a notable, sometimes-undesirable feature versus GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin. No controlled clinical trial of the CJC-1295 + GHRP-6 combination has been published as of August 2026; pairing a GHRH analog with a ghrelin-mimetic GHRP is a mechanistic rationale drawn from each component alone, not a validated outcome for the blend.
