when people stack 4 peptides, how do they know what's actually working?

Hey! New here. Found you guys via google and can't resist to ask something. the stack posts confuse me a bit.

someone starts 3 or 4 things in the same week, changes their diet too, then a month later says one specific peptide was a game changer. how did they narrow it down to that one?

i believe they feel better. just not sure how you separate any of it when everything changed at once. would be useful to hear from someone who tried to figure this out and ended up with “yeah, still no idea.”

do you actually keep notes on what changed and when, or is it more “something's working so i'm leaving it alone”?

Questions and observations. No sourcing, no codes, no links out.

short answer: you can't. four things at once means you're guessing which one did it, and thats true no matter how long you've been doing this. at least that's what I think.
