These are two different failures. Wrong molecule is an identity failure: mass spectrometry finds a mass that isn't retatrutide's. No peptide shows up as net content near zero. A vial can pass HPLC purity and still be the wrong molecule; Why a Peptide Can Be 99 Percent Pure and Still Be Entirely the Wrong Molecule explains why.
On file for retatrutide: 1,334 certificates, with 11 of 1,329 net-content results under 90% of the label (verified October 2026, Retatrutide lab tests). Shop-provided tests are the results shops chose to publish, so failures are likely under-represented. That's why reports posted here matter.
If you have one, Submit a lab test so it goes on file. Peptide Net Content explains how content is measured.
