Introduction from PrymaLab: who we are, how we ship, how we test

prymalab-net · board2 replies · 24 views · last reply Jump to latest ↓

I'm Michael Phelps, founder of PrymaLab LLC in Ashland, Kentucky, a military veteran, and I run the company myself, so questions here come to me.

Shipping: every order ships from Ashland by USPS with tracking; orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day.

Testing: every lot is tested in our own laboratory before release by HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity, plus water, endotoxin and sterility. The lot number is printed on the vial and its certificate, which can be checked by number and key on our site's verify page. Our lab is in-house, not ISO 17025 accredited, as every certificate states. So far we hold one independent report, a Janoshik test of Semax 11 mg (task 96920); more independent testing is underway. If an independent laboratory finds a product is not as labelled, we refund the order and reimburse the test.

Returns: unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery with an RMA.

Everything we sell is for laboratory research only. Ask about shipping, lots or testing here; I answer in public.
