Product wouldn’t mix. Then they said it needed to mix with a different solution. Tried that way on the second vial. Still wouldn’t dissolve. Asked them about it again and they changed again how mixing should be. Both times it’s different then the rest of the industry to the product bought. Third vial did the same and wouldn’t dissolve. Sent more pictures in and no response. Tried a few more times but nothing. Will never do business with Ion again
