small first order of kpv from oros. didnt overthink it, just wanted to see how they pack and how long it takes. box was padded properly, vial was right, label was readable. nothing missing and no weird surprises when i opened it. checkout was straightforward enough that i didnt have to email anyone. happy with it for a first go and would order again
