This thread is for questions about Kyden’s product documentation and lot matching. When asking about a certificate, please identify the product variant and the lot or report identifier; keep personal and order information out of public replies.
If a laboratory sample identifier differs from the vial lot identifier, we will clarify how the records connect rather than treating a similar product name as a match. A COA describes the testing reported for its identified sample and does not by itself establish sterility, clinical safety, efficacy or suitability for human or animal use.
