kylopeptides.com hosts COAs from freedom diagnostics. freedom diagnostics runs a public lookup portal - every certificate has a search code, and the code starts with the first 4 letters of the client company's name.
open the KLOW blend COA hosted on kylo's site: accession 2604060227, client "KYLO peptides", kylo-branded vial in the photo. now look up that same accession on the lab's own portal. same number, same dates, same chromatogram, same results - but the client reads "Blank Peptides" and the vial photo is different.

and here's the tell that makes this checkable by anyone: the search code on kylo's own hosted copy still reads Blan2604060227. Blan. first four letters of Blank Peptides. the client name was changed and the product photo swapped but the lab's indexing gave the original away.
we and community members have confirmed this on many certificates hosted by the shop so far. the first block of tests on their page (the vanguard laboratory ones from august) looks genuine as far as we can verify - which fits a pattern we wrote about before: real certificates in front, altered ones behind, betting nobody checks past the first few.
we've notified freedom diagnostics and asked the shop for an explanation, and a notice is being added to the shop's page on our site. we're stating what the documents show, not claiming to know who edited what or why - if theres an innocent explanation for the same accession number belonging to two different companies, we'll publish it and update this thread.
the takeaway thats bigger than one shop: verify the COA for YOUR batch on the LAB'S portal, not on the shop's site. a pdf hosted by a shop proves nothing. thirty seconds, and it would have caught this.
