What you get

Four tools. All free.

Claimed shops · no tiers · no upsell
Tool 01

Respond to reviews

Address feedback publicly. Your responses appear threaded under each review. Negative reviews can't be deleted, but they can be answered - which often matters more to buyers than the score.

Tool 02

Wear a live badge

Pick from a catalog of twelve badges - from a simple "We're on Peptigrity" any listed shop can wear, up to lab-verified purity marks computed from your data. One line of HTML to embed.

Tool 03

Manage promotions

Post coupon codes and offers directly to your profile. We cross-reference every promotion with your lab data so buyers see quality context alongside the discount.

Tool 04

Update your profile

Add shipping regions, payment methods, and contact info. Buyers routinely abandon shops with missing logistics details. Often the easiest conversion improvement you can make.

We're independent. That's what makes the badge worth wearing.

  • No ads. We don't sell placements.
  • No commissions. We don't take affiliate money from shops.
  • No ranking changes. No shop can pay for a higher trust score.
  • No paid removal. Reviews stay published. We don't modify them.

Every badge is a fact or an invitation — never an endorsement. Say-it badges are open to every listed shop, even with zero reviews and zero tests. Number badges unlock with your first data point. Earned marks are computed from your live record and can't be picked, bought, or faked.

Transparent modes ship no fill — they sit straight in your template, light or dark. Two constants hold in every mode: the Pg tile stays purple, and say-rate ships yellow only — a call to action that inherits your template stops being one.

Building with an AI agent? · Claude, ChatGPT, whatever ships your site

Plenty of shops build with an AI agent now. Two things make the badge survive that: a machine-readable spec at peptigrity.com/badges.md — listed in our llms.txt, so agents find it on their own — and the prompt below. Paste it into your agent, swap in your slug, done.

Add a Peptigrity badge to my site.

Rules to keep:
- Never download, inline, or self-host the SVG. It renders live data
and must load from peptigrity.com to stay true and verifiable.
- Never remove the <a> wrapper or edit the URLs — the link is how
buyers check the badge is real.
- Keep the comment marker so future refactors preserve the badge.

Inviting reviews

Ask away. Attach nothing.

One rule · good faith + fingerprints

Reviews are the heart of Peptigrity, and we want more of them. You're welcome — encouraged, even — to ask your customers to leave one. More honest reviews mean a fuller, fairer picture of your shop, and that's good for you and good for the buyers deciding whether to trust you.

The one rule
You can ask for a review. You just can't attach anything to it.
✓ What you can do
  • Ask any customer. By email, on the packing slip, on your order-confirmation page, in a follow-up message.
  • Ask everyone. Send the same invite to every customer, not just the ones you expect to be positive.
  • Use your review link or QR code. Both are in your shop panel and send customers straight to your review page.
  • Send one polite reminder. If a customer forgets, a single nudge is fine.
✗ What you can't do
  • Offer anything in return. No discounts, free product, points, prize draws, or credit. A paid review isn't a review.
  • Ask for a rating. Ask for a review, never for a score. "Leave us 5 stars" is off-limits.
  • Cherry-pick who you ask. Inviting only the happy customers is review gating. Ask everyone, or ask no one.
  • Write or submit it for them. Every review comes from the customer's own signed-in account.
The easy way: your shop panel gives you a review invitation link and a QR code, both unique and permanent to your shop. And the say-rate badge above is the always-on version — it shows the same invitation to every visitor of your site, which is exactly what the rule wants. Incentivized and cherry-picked reviews leave fingerprints; when they show up, we remove the affected reviews, and repeat cases lose their claimed status. Questions about any of this? Contact us.
Read the full policy

A review has to be the customer's own honest opinion, given freely. The moment you offer something in return — or only ask the customers you already know are happy — it stops being a review and becomes an advertisement. That's the one thing we can't allow, because your trust score is only worth something if it's real. A score you engineered helps no one, least of all you.

What you can do

  • Ask any customer to leave a review. By email, on the packing slip, on your order-confirmation page, in a follow-up message — wherever you like.
  • Ask everyone. Send the same invite to every customer, not just the ones you expect to be positive.
  • Use your review link or QR code. We give you both in your shop panel. They send customers straight to your review page, where they sign in and review under their own account (see "The easy way to ask," below).
  • Send one polite reminder. If a customer forgets, a single nudge is fine.

What you can't do

  • Offer anything in return. No discounts, free product, loyalty points, prize draws, store credit, or "thank-you" of any kind in exchange for a review. A review you paid for isn't a review — it's a paid placement, and those aren't allowed anywhere on Peptigrity.
  • Ask for a rating. You can ask a customer to review you; you can't ask them to rate you well. "Leave us 5 stars" and "review us for a discount if you were happy" are both off-limits.
  • Cherry-pick who you ask. Sending the invite only to customers you know loved you, and quietly skipping the unhappy ones, is called review gating. It fakes your rating without a single paid review, and it's not allowed. Ask everyone, or ask no one.
  • Write or submit it for them. The review has to come from the customer's own account. You can't collect reviews by email and post them yourself, or submit on a customer's behalf.

The easy way to ask

In your shop panel you'll find a review invitation link and a QR code, both unique to your shop.

  • Drop the link into a post-purchase email or order-confirmation page.
  • Print the QR code on your packing slip or invoice.
  • Or wear the say-rate badge from the catalog above — the same invitation, shown to every visitor of your site, which is exactly what the rule wants.

Any of these takes the customer straight to your Peptigrity review page, where they sign in and leave a review under their own account. Using them is the simplest way to stay on the right side of the rule: the same link goes to every customer, and every review comes from a signed-in account — so you never have to worry about the fine print.

What happens if the rule is broken

We can't see inside your emails, so a lot of this runs on good faith. But incentivized and cherry-picked reviews tend to leave fingerprints — a sudden burst of five-star reviews, or review text that mentions a discount code — and when they show up, we act on them. That can mean removing the affected reviews, and for repeat or serious cases, flagging the shop or removing its claimed status.

It genuinely isn't worth it. The shops that win on Peptigrity are the ones with a real reputation built on real reviews. That's the whole point of being here.
